Peak occupancy coincides with peak irradiance and peak tariff. Guests increasingly arrive in electric vehicles of every brand, and the resort could not tolerate a visible equipment yard.

A 240-room resort that charges its own guests' cars
Canopy and rooftop solar, 300 kWh of storage and 28 universal charging bays with guest billing.
Engineering design
420 kWp split between roof and parking canopies designed by the resort's architect, 300 kWh of storage for evening peak shaving and kitchen backup, and 28 Universal Wall Connectors integrated with the property management system for room billing.
Installation
Delivered across two low seasons; all plant located below grade with acoustic treatment.
