1. Scope
These terms govern use of airvoltenergy.eu and requests sent to AIRVOLT ENERGY S.L. (Calle Villanueva la Concepción, 4, Casabermeja, Málaga, Spain).
Installation, service or operations work is governed by the signed quote and contract, which prevail.
2. The Site is not a shop
The Site informs, gives an order-of-magnitude calculation and lets you request a consultation. It is not an e-commerce checkout for installations. “Get a proposal” or sending the form does not form a works contract or a duty to buy or install.
3. Calculators
Savings, independence, kWp, kWh and payback figures are estimates. They use assumptions (regional irradiance, average tariff, self-consumption, a favourable roof) and do not replace a study of your bill, roof, supply and local rules.
AIRVOLT does not warrant that results will match real performance. Sizing and price are confirmed in writing.
4. Requests
By sending the form you state that the data are true and that you may request information about the property or business named. AIRVOLT may contact you by email, phone or the channel you give.
There is no duty to quote if the request is incomplete, outside our activity, or in bad faith.
5. Projects
AIRVOLT operates electrical installations, PV solar, storage, charging for homes and businesses (with or without a payment gateway), large industrial projects and residential projects, in Spain and, where agreed, elsewhere in Europe.
Times, prices, permits, legalisation, charge points, Tesla or other hardware and warranty terms are in the contract. Tesla App and manufacturer warranties follow their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, the logo and the AIRVOLT brand may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Tesla and third-party marks belong to their owners.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, AIRVOLT is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or decisions based only on Site simulations. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Law and venue
Spanish law. Consumers: mandatory venues. Businesses: courts of Málaga, where legally possible.
