Privacy

Information for data subjects under the GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD.

2. Data we process

We process data you give us, mainly through the contact form and the calculator:

  • Identity and contact: name, email, phone.
  • Request context: location, home or business type, message, language.
  • Technical visit data: IP, browser, date and time, if the host logs them automatically and only as needed.
  • If you sign in: account and session identifiers.
  • We do not seek special-category data or data of children under 14.

3. Purposes

We use the data to:

  • Handle requests, book a consultation and prepare an energy-system proposal.
  • Manage the pre-contract and, if you contract, installation, service and warranty.
  • Answer Airvolt AI questions (conversation content is used to reply, not sold as profiles).
  • Meet legal duties (tax, consumer, industrial safety).
  • Keep the Site secure and working.

4. Legal bases

  • Pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Consent when you submit the form or accept communications (art. 6(1)(a)).
  • AIRVOLT’s legitimate interest in answering enquiries, preventing abuse and securing the Site (art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Legal obligation where tax, consumer or installation law requires it (art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not become a contract are kept as long as needed to handle them, and no more than 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner.

If there is a contract, data are kept for the relationship and the legal warranty, liability and tax periods (generally up to 6 years from year-end, or longer if the law requires).

6. Recipients

We do not sell your data. Access is limited to:

  • AIRVOLT staff who need it.
  • Processors: Site hosting, transactional email (including Resend, where used), form forwarding (FormSubmit) and xAI (Grok) when you use AIRVOLT AI, on AIRVOLT’s instructions.
  • Public authorities where legally required.
  • Tesla, Inc. or other manufacturers only if you contract a system and registration, warranty or commissioning requires it. Tesla App is under Tesla’s privacy terms.

7. International transfers

Some processors may handle data outside the EEA (for example mail or form tools with US servers). AIRVOLT uses providers with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other GDPR art. 46 tools) or an adequacy decision.

8. Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, object, restrict, port your data and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw it without affecting prior lawfulness.

Write to info@airvoltenergy.eu, Pedro.baez@airvoltenergy.eu or the registered address. We may need an ID copy to verify you.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Children

The Site is not aimed at children under 14. If we find such data we will delete it. In Spain, consent under 14 requires a holder of parental authority or guardianship.

10. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (restricted access, encrypted Site traffic, minimisation). No system is perfect.

Material changes will update the date and, where appropriate, be noted on the Site.
