This Site explains energy systems (solar, Tesla Powerwall, charging). Cookies do not design your installation. They run the Site and, only if you accept, tell us which system pages are opened.
2. What they are and how we ask
A cookie is a small file a site may store on your device. We also use local storage and, if you accept measurement, in-memory browser events (similar technologies under LSSI art. 22.2).
On arrival you will see a panel from AIRVOLT ENERGY S.L. You may accept, reject or configure. Rejecting takes the same number of clicks as accepting and does not block the Site: the configurator, the study and the phone stay available.
Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies and storage are used. No cookie wall. No pre-ticked boxes. Measurement consent lasts 12 months or until you change it; then the panel returns.
3. Necessary (no consent required)
Required for the service you ask for (language, remembering your cookie choice, security and, if you sign in, keeping the session). Basis: necessity under LSSI art. 22.2 and AEPD guidance. Not used for commercial profiles.

4. Measurement (prior consent required)
If you tap “Accept” or turn on “Measurement” and save, the Site records usage events in a first-party dataLayer in browser memory for the visit. Examples: opening “Design your system”, sending the Powerwall or solar form, tapping contact.
Purpose: understand which parts of the system (solar, storage, charging) are consulted, to improve the Site. No advertising profile. Not shared with Google Analytics, Meta, social networks or ad platforms. No third-party measurement tool is connected today.
Basis: consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a and LSSI art. 22.2). You may withdraw it at any time, with the same number of clicks, via “Cookie settings” in the footer. If we later connect a third-party tool, we will tell you and ask again if purposes or recipients change.
5. Advertising and social
We do not use advertising cookies, social-network cookies or cross-site tracking. That category is off in the panel because there is nothing to switch on. No Meta pixel, Google Ads or equivalent.
6. Recipients and transfers
The cookies and storage described are AIRVOLT ENERGY S.L.’s (first party, airvoltenergy.eu).
Hosting may process technical logs as a processor. There are no international transfers tied to third-party measurement cookies, because we do not use them. If that changed, this policy and the panel would be updated.
7. How to manage them and withdraw consent
Footer: “Cookie settings”. There you can accept measurement, keep only the necessary ones, or change a previous choice.
You can also clear cookies and storage in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and system settings. If you clear language, the Site defaults to Spanish. If you clear the session, sign in again. If you clear consent, the panel returns.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
8. Rights and complaints
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at info@airvoltenergy.eu. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The Site is not directed at children under 14.
