2. Activity
AIRVOLT is a European operator of electrical installations, photovoltaic renewable energy, electrical storage, charging for homes and businesses (with or without payment gateways), large-scale industrial projects and residential projects.
It designs, integrates, installs and operates energy systems: solar, storage (including Tesla Powerwall), backup, EV charging, charging infrastructure and, where required, larger electrical engineering.
Tesla, Powerwall, Wall Connector, Supercharger and related signs are trademarks of their owners. AIRVOLT is an independent integrator and installer. It is not Tesla.
3. Use of the Site
Access is free. Use means you accept this notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the terms of use.
You agree to lawful use, not to introduce malware, and not to harm, overload or disable AIRVOLT or third-party systems.
4. Intellectual property
Design, copy, photos, video, the AIRVOLT mark, structure and code belong to AIRVOLT or are licensed. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without written permission is prohibited, except quotation and uses allowed by law.
5. Liability
AIRVOLT aims for accurate, current information and does not warrant the Site is error-free. Calculators are indicative. They are not an offer, a quote or binding advice.
AIRVOLT is not liable for damage from use of the Site, network outages, third-party links, or decisions based only on published estimates. Contracts are made in writing.
6. Links
The Site may link to Tesla, suppliers or others. AIRVOLT does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy or availability.
7. Law and venue
Spanish law, including Act 34/2002 on information-society services, the GDPR, Organic Law 3/2018 and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Consumers keep mandatory venues. Otherwise the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction, waiving any other, where legally possible.
